HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Our dispatch time on all of our products is 5 working days.

We will endeavour to meet these delivery times but on the run up to Christmas, orders may take a day longer. If you require a specified delivery date or timed delivery, please contact us for a quote for this specific delivery cost and we will note these requirements on the order.

If you need to change the delivery address once you have placed the order please telephone or email and we can assist with the changes.

 

CAN YOU PRINT MY OWN IMAGES?

Yes, you can either upload your images on the website (emailed to sales@art-fever.co.uk) or post them to us. Please note that when sending images to us in the post it is important that you ensure the parcel is trackable and signed for on receipt.

Once we have received your images via email or on CD/USB, we will then inform you if there are any concerns regarding resolution.

 

IF I POST MY PICTURE TO YOU WILL I GET IT BACK?

Yes most definately, we will put your picture in with your order and sent them out together.

 

DO YOU HAVE A CATOLOGUE?

No, unfortunately we do not, but all the images we have available are displayed on our website. Should you not find what you are looking for, there is also the option to choose an image from Bigstock, just follow the link on our website.

 

 HOW CAN I PAY?

Paypal at checkout, or by card over the telephone. We can accept the following cards: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta.

 

DO YOU ONLY PRINT ONTO CANVAS?

No, we also print onto self-adhesive wallpaper. Please see our wallpaper/mural section for our range Click Here.

 

HOW DO I HANG MY CANVAS?

All of our canvas prints come with a fixing plate on the back of the canvas so that they are ready to hang. All that is required is a nail or screw in the wall (along with wall plug if needed) and simply place the fixing over the top. This will enable the canvas to fit flush against the wall.

 

WILL THE IMAGE JUST BE ON THE FRONT OF THE CANVAS OR WILL IT WRAP AROUND THE SIDES?

When ordering your own image onto canvas you have the option of a 'gallery wrap' or a white edged side. A 'gallery wrap' edge allows the edge of the image to be copied and mirrored around the sides to create a wrap around effect. This is our most popular option.
