Full authorisation has to be agreed for the images that you upload, post or email, to be reproduced onto another media type using customers own images.

Placing an Order

Payment must be received in full before orders are accepted.

On completion of Payment a confirmation email will be sent out to the paypal account address.

On acceptance of your order, you are committing to a legally binding contract with us.

Our Agreement to You 

Once we are in receipt of your order, your item will be processed and put into production with due care and attention. As all of our products are produced in-house, we are easily able to keep a handle on the process every step of the way.

Our Delivery Policy

All Deliveries will be delivered Monday to Friday by Courier, if you should require a Saturday delivery, please contact us for a price and arrange payment.

Deliveries to Mainland UK are free, please phone or email for a price for Scottish Highlands, and Islands off the UK including Isle Of Wight, Northern Ireland and republic Of Ireland.

Our Parcels will require a signature upon arrival, so please make sure before ordering that somebody will be present at the address given to receive the goods.

Our Canvas prints and Wallpaper orders will take 7-10 days from receipt of receiving all proofed artwork and correct sizes.

Please note that we do use outside couriers and cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays that have occurred once your item has left our premises, but we will do all that is necessary in contacting the courier to locate the parcel.

Our Company Returns Policy

If you have simply changed your mind, under the Distance Selling Regulations, and providing the item/s are not damaged you may return the goods for a full refund -

Only if:

• The Items being returned are in a saleable condition, without damage and in their original packaging.
• A notification from yourselves to us of intent of Refund must be received by us within 5-7 days of the goods being signed for, and then a further 7 days is allowed for us to be in receipt of the returned goods.
• If the Refund policy above is not undertaken then we cannot refund any items.

 

Refunds on special Bespoke Wallpaper and your Photo onto Canvas

As this is a professionally personalised bespoke service, any items that are delivered and not returned back in good condition by the customer may not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

As all our work is of a bespoke nature, and made to order, we cannot accept cancellations on goods 4 working days prior to your despatch date (not including weekends), on items when production has commenced and proof emails have been agreed.
